Scientific communication is experiencing new possibilities of widespread diffusion since new technologies of communication are now available for everybody. This revolution is mainly based on internet with the help of other platforms such as satellite that is becoming progressively less expensive. Historically one of the first breakthrough was just in scientific production of reproductive medicine when Robert Edwards founded Reproductive Biomedicine Online. The possibility of reading scientific papers on personal computers everywhere at any moment together with the impressive speed with which papers were pubblished represented a real progress. Web sites of journals and scientific societies are becaming the space of quick , widespread and interactive debates .
